Privacy
EXPRealm shares one account system with EXPtube and the rest of the EXP ecosystem, so one Privacy Policy covers all of it. It is published as Part B of the combined legal document:
What EXPRealm stores today
Creating an account here writes the same records EXPtube writes, plus one EXPRealm profile. In plain terms, that is:
- Your username, and the reservation that stops anybody else taking it.
- A public profile: username, display name, and an avatar if you have one.
- A private record holding your email address.
- An EXPRealm profile: your display name, when the account was created, whether it is active, and whether you joined before launch.
Your password is never stored by this site or readable by it. Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication, which stores credentials in hashed form.
What EXPRealm does not do yet
- No streaming, so no video, audio or broadcast data of any kind.
- No viewing history, watch time or recommendation profile on this site.
- No advertising or third-party trackers on these pages.
Your data
Because the account is shared across the ecosystem, data requests, corrections and deletions are handled once, through EXPtube, and apply everywhere — including here.
If anything here and the full Privacy Policy disagree, the full Policy is the one that counts.
